Most people charged with a crime are good people that had a bad day. Everyone has made mistakes during their lifetime. Our office takes the time to find out all of the facts and determine the available defenses. If there are good defenses available, our office is prepared to go to trial on the case or use the defense to our client's advantage in negotiating a reduced plea agreement.
Alternatively, if there are no defenses available, then our office takes the time to meet with the State, explain the circumstances surrounding the crime and negotiate the best resolution possible.
